Answers:
1. How many players on a team?
There can be a total of 4 players on each team.
2. what happens if there is a rainout?
Tournaments are rarely canceled. In the event of inclement weather, all efforts to will be made to finish the tournament come rain or shine. Should, however, the tournament not be able to be held due to inclement weather, there will be no refunds unless we are able to work something out with Highlands Ranch Golf Club. If this is the case, only a portion of the fee will be refunded and the full expected amount of profit for the Chatfield Football Gridiron Club will be retained by the Club.
3. what are the rules of the Invitational?
Standard course tournament rules will be used. Shotgun scramble format.
Yes you can but we prefer that you use PayPal and pay online. If you do not have a PayPal account or if you choose not to get one then you can pay with a credit card using the PayPal screen or mail in your payment. Please download the form on the Downloads page, fill it out and mail it in with your payment.
5. I don’t have a PayPal account so what do I do?
You can get a PayPal account or simply use your credit card on the PayPal screen. PayPal is simple and easy to use. Go to PayPal and sign-up using your email address. You can attach a bank account and/or a credit card for payment.
6. Can I register multiple golfers at the same time? What if I have a foursome?
Yes, multiple golfers can be registered but you will have to fill out the form and submit it for each player. Each time you submit the player you will be taken to PayPal for payment. You can pay or cancel out and pay by check for the whole foursome via US Mail. If this is done, you will be registered with payment pending. Please make sure to indicate the Foursome Name in the form each time.
7. Is PayPal secure? I am afraid to register online.
Yes, PayPal is very secure. It only becomes insecure if you give out your login and password to others. On-line registration is very safe.
8. How do I contact someone for help with registration or this website?

Thank You! We appreciate your interest in our program. You have a couple choices. First, you may donate any amount by clicking on the Donate button on the side margin on any page. This will require a PayPal login. Or, you may contact us and mail your donation to the Gridiron Club. If you would like to volunteer your time please contact us. We will need volunteers for the Golf Invitational.
No, we do not collect any credit card information. Your payment is made through PayPal and the payment option you have established with them. We only collect your registration information. Please see our privacy policy for any concerns.
